- Booking information you provide to our scheduling partner (Square) when registering for a clinic, lesson, or program.

- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you've requested.
- To send program updates, clinic announcements, and training resources, only if you've opted in.
- To improve the site, our content, and our programs.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share limited data only with vendors who help us operate the site (e.g., Square for bookings, our email/newsletter provider). Those vendors are contractually required to protect your information.
Your Choices
- Email opt-out: every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access / deletion: email mike@builtdifferenthockey.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Programs are open to youth athletes, and parents or legal guardians should review this policy on a child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without parental consent.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, vendor due diligence) but no system is 100% secure. If we ever experience a breach involving your data, we'll notify you in line with applicable laws.
