These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Built Different Hockey website and any programs, clinics, lessons, or services we offer. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site.
Programs, Bookings & Refunds
Booking, payment, cancellation, and refund terms for clinics, private lessons, small-group sessions, and summer programs are handled through our scheduling partner (Square) and any program-specific terms communicated at the time of registration. Unless stated otherwise in writing, bookings are non-transferable.
Assumption of Risk
Hockey is a contact sport with inherent risks. By participating in any BDH program you (or, for minors, a parent or legal guardian) acknowledge those risks and agree that BDH and Coach Mike Fournier are not liable for injuries sustained during programs, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, images, graphics, drills, and training materials, is owned by Built Different Hockey or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about results from any program; outcomes depend on the athlete's effort, ability, and consistency.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
